Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier. If a non-delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (e.g., wrong name or address), any extra costs incurred for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order. No requests for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site shall be entertained.
If the recipient is not available at the given address at the time of delivery, the goods will be left with a neighbor along with an attached note. If the neighbors refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our office. At this point, the order is fully chargeable. For items delivered by courier, speed post, or registered post, their respective policies apply. The company reserves the right to charge for the order if the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
The company strives for prompt delivery; however, delayed or early delivery for any reason shall not entitle the customer to any damages or compensation. The company reserves the right to deny its services to any customer without explanation.
To ensure good service and timely delivery of goods, please provide your correct Pin-Code and phone number. If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, you can send us an email. The company will accommodate the changes only if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Once the payment has been received, the company will refund the amount only in the following cases:
If the products ordered by the customer are out of stock, the company will refund the amount for those items to the customer.
In the case of damaged or defective items, the contents of your shipment and the original packaging must be returned along with the damaged or defective goods. The company will either resend the goods or issue a full refund at its discretion, only after necessary verification and inspection.
