Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address, etc) any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order.
If the recipient is not available at the given address on delivery, the goods will be left with the neighbor along with an attached note. If neighbors refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our office. For the items delivered by the courier/speed post / registered post, their respective policies apply. The Company reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
In order to provide good service and timely delivery of goods, please provide us your
correct Pin-Code and Phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us an e-mail and the company will accommodate the changes only if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
The company shall try its best for prompt delivery; However, delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer to any damages or compensation and the company reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation.
Return & Refund Policy
The request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site shall be provided by sending an e-mail to the company.
Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in the following cases.
- In case of damaged or defective items, the contents of the shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the damaged or defective goods. The company will either re-send the goods or issue you a full refund as per the discretion of the company only after necessary verification & inspection.
- In case the products ordered by the customer are out of stock, the company shall refund the amount of those items to the customer.

Our shipping rates are carefully calculated to meet your needs and that of our logistics. For orders ranging from Rs. 1 to Rs. 998/-, a nominal fee of Rs. 80/- is applicable, whereas shipping has been waived for orders of Rs. 999/- and above. If your order amount goes below Rs 998/- after applying the coupon or wallet money, Rs. 80/- shipping amount will be charged against that order.
